Speaking as a former Jew, I feel it behooves me to clue all you gentiles in to a little secret: If you should happen to notice an inordinate number of Jews celebrating in the streets today...

You should be aware that they're not just celebrating our nation's independence. The fourth of July is also a traditional Jewish holiday, when we celebrate how the Israelites triumphed over their heathen neighbors. By lying to them.

You won't find my in the KJV about this, but I believe it's covered in the Talmud or Torah or some such. I don't recall the exact quote, but it goes something like "Bin esh hashugah, flegmagi bat mertzvah shoshanna shuggereth" or some other phlegmatic words I can't spell or pronounce.

Anyway, I hope you're enjoying this holiday as much as I am!
