Stink Bugs- A Plague

So there were swarms of bugs in the bible. The Swarms of Locust invaded Egypt. Now right here on the East Coast we had a swarm of another bug. The brown marmorated stink bug. Anyone who lives on the East Coast (PA, MD, WV Etc.) Has probably seen or been annoyed by this pest. Do you think that this is a plague from God. I hear next years invasion is predicted to be worse.. Very bad. What are your thoughts or views about this nasty pest?

Joel 1:4
That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpiller eaten.

Proverbs 30:27

The locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them by bands

As we see in Proverbs, despite being organized, locusts have no leader. They are a chaotic force, they cannot be reasoned with, and they come upon us in waves (bands). That it appears God has visited a plagued of other insects upon the east coast is hardly surprising. Consider all the Catholics, and homos, and Mafia, and the fact that Washington D.C. is there, and frankly, it is a wonder God is not plaguing you with a rain of asbestos, tar, and carnivorous fungus.

Considering all the Godmocking states on the East Coast which are legalizing gay marriage, I'd find it hard to believe that God wouldn't send some form of a plague or another! I think it's safe to say that if these stink bugs eat up all the crops on the East Coast and everyone is subject to famine, or a major tsunami drowns most of New York City, you could surely pin the blame on gay marriage.

:jesus:

It is always exciting to see God's hand at work. He tells us in The Bible about the things He can do, and His love for those who trust Him.

NAHUM 1:3 The Lord is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the Lord hath his way in the whirlewind, and in the storme, and the clouds are the dust of his feete.

Across the world His authority is seen, and throughout time.

JONAH 1:4,8-12
4
But the Lord sent out a great winde into the sea, and there was a mightie tempest in the sea, so that the ship was like to be broken..
8 Then said they vnto him, Tel vs, we pray thee, for whose cause this euill is vpon vs: What is thine occupation? and whence commest thou? What is thy countrey? and of what people art thou?
9 And hee said vnto them, I am an Hebrew, and I feare the Lord the God of heauen, which hath made the sea, and the dry land.
10 Then were the men exceedingly afraid, and saide vnto him; Why hast thou done this? (for the men knew that he fled from the presence of the Lord, because he had told them.)
11 Then said they vnto him, What shall we doe vnto thee, that the sea may be calme vnto vs? (for the sea wrought and was tempestuous.)
12 And he said vnto them, Take me vp, and cast mee foorth into the sea; so shall the sea be calme vnto you: for I know that for my sake this great tempest is vpon you.

MARK 4:37-41
37
And there arose a great storme of wind, and the waues beat into the ship, so that it was now full.
38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship asleepe on a pillow: and they awake him, and say vnto him, Master, carest thou not, that we perish?
39 And hee arose, and rebuked the winde, and said vnto the sea, Peace, be still: and the winde ceased, and there was a great calme.
40 And he said vnto them, Why are ye so fearefull? How is it that you haue no faith?
41 And they feared exceedingly, and saide one to another, What maner of man is this, that euen the winde and the sea obey him?

Reports of great winds..

NAHUM 1:5 The mountaines quake at him, and the hilles melt, and the earth is burnt at his presence, yea the world and all that dwell therein.

..earthquakes..

NAHUM 1:6 Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fiercenesse of his anger? his furie is powred out like fire, and the rocks are throwen downe by him.

..volcanoes. But throughout all these things, God assures us of His protection and deliverance.

NAHUM 1:7 The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble, & he knoweth them that trust in him.

But just as in the case of Jonah, stink-bugs also have a cause

NAHUM 1:11 There is one come out of thee, that imagineth euill against the Lord: a wicked counseller.

The Pastors might be able to identify any such person at large today. I am just posting scripture. This is God's assurance - an assurance given some years ago, but words of assurance that in the face of these plagues, we too may be delivered. He preserved these words so that we would remain confident, even in the face of an anti-God and therefore anti-Christian evil counsellor [IDENTIFICATION PENDING].

NAHUM 1:13 For now will I breake his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds in sunder.

Here in Australia it is even worse. Toads, locusts, New Zealand is exploding, floods, heathens running around everywhere and the pope has even cursed us with a false "saint" :pope1:

Your right. What can we do abut this? If they are not stopped they will surly take over the whole USA.
