Why does God sometimes reward evil people
Why does God sometimes reward evil people for their evil deeds, while ignoring goodhearted peoples need for help and support?

I am surprised to see the Imam broke away from lapping up his pig urine to post some more of his pagan ravings here.

Re: Why does God sometimes reward evil people
I have always been under the beleif that God rewards bad people so that when they die, the pain and suffering of Hell will be that much worse.
Those that are good need no reward as merely being BFF to Jesus is more than a person could ever wish for. Plus the fact we can feel secure (and smug, we earned that right) knowing we are going to Heaven. |
Re: Why does God sometimes reward evil people
I wonder if these people are really happy? They may have their trophy wives, their Olympic swimming pools, private jets and yachts, European sports cars, prolonged holidays in the most beautiful places on earth, the finest food, they are waited upon hand and foot, they don't have a boss shouting at them, or have to get up in a morning but, I ask again… “Are these people really happy?”
How can they be when they know Jesus is frowning at them? Look at these jigaboos, they live in squalor with rampant disease and poverty, but they are happy because Jesus is. |

Evil people being "rewarded", ahah! It's hilarious to even think of it like that when you know that they are going to spend an eternity in HELL! |

Should you not be focusing your energies on pleasing God in your own brief life, so that you may spend eternity pleasing Him in the next life? Are you jealous of someone you think less deserving than you, coveting the life that person has and thinking you should have it instead? Who are you to decide for God who is evil and who is good? God creates both evil and good; He knows whom He finds to be evil and whom He finds to be good. He will cast those He finds to be evil -- the sweet little old lady next door who is a big fan of Oprahism's New-Agey hoodoo; the friendly atheist down the street who gave your daughter CPR and saved her life; the Hindu cashier at the convenience store who ran out to stop you when you dropped a $20 bill -- into His Lake of Fire for eternal torture at Judgment. He will reward those He finds to be good -- all True Christians™, including the very godly Jeffrey Dahmer, who found Jesus shortly before his death -- by allowing them to serve and worship Him for ever and ever in Heaven. You do not know by outward appearance what is in the hearts of others. You do not know that they will not find Jesus later in life and repent. God will make that determination. |

SURA 20. 132. And enjoin prayer on your followers, and steadily adhere to it; We do not ask you for subsistence; We do give you subsistence, and the [good] end is for guarding [against evil]. 133. And they say: Why does he not bring to us a sign from his Lord? Has not there come to them a clear evidence of what is m the previous books? 134. And had We destroyed them with chastisement before this, they would certainly have said: O our Lord! why didst Thou not send to us a messenger, for then we should have followed Thy communications before that we met disgrace and shame. 135. Say: Every one [of us] is awaiting, therefore do await: So you will come to know who is the follower of the even path and who goes aright. |
Re: Why does God sometimes reward evil people
I think it's because God is totally righteous and likes doing nice things for people when He feels like it.
Not His fault they abuse his graciously dispensed gifts. One day all these "Well-Off" sinners will approach the throne and God will say, "I gave you a million dollars, an Aston Martin, and a swimming pool, and you STILL screwed this up?" For another perspective, check out Matthew 6:2 - "Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. " There is a similar principle at work here. The wealthy sinners on earth have their "reward", such as it is, but it's all they will ever get and it will one day fade away, whereas heaven is forever. The decay of their material wealth glorifies God in his permanence. It's the same deal as why Christians face persecution whereas sinner "fit in". |

The real question should be: why do we tolerate a society in which evil people are allowed to be rewarded and even worshiped as idols? Why aren't they being stoned? |

Here is probably the best evidence i could find that shows that evil people will be punished and good christian people will be rewarded.
