Have you ever bothered to read these verses? No, probably not, because you seem barely literate. Well, here they are:
Then the priest shall see the plague: and, behold, if it be in sight deeper than the skin; and there be in it a yellow thin hair; then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a dry scall, even a leprosy upon the head or beard. Leviticus 13:30
That doesn't say that white hair is leprosy. It says that a yellow thin hair in a skin lesion is leprosy.
...behold, Miriam became leprous, white as snow: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous. Numbers 12:10
I agree that someone who is as white as snow is a leper. It doesn't say that all white people are lepers, just that some lepers become white. Numbers 12 does raise the awkward subject that Moses married a black woman, but you we all know that the Jews have a weakness for negros.

Who are you going to trust, God or some Jew?

we know according to the bible the ancient egyptians are black

Hold on a minute. The Egyptians descended down their paternal line from Ham, so they certainly had black ancestors, but they were mixed with a lot of white blood, too. Just look at any Egyptian painting--they were NOT all black. But, just for the sake of argument, let's suppose that Moses's adoptive mother, the daughter of Pharaoh, were black. The Bible doesn't say anything about whom the Egyptians thought the father was. So Moses easily could have been of lighter skin tone that most Egyptians.
It's sad that so many black people like you, knowing that your own cultural history is so impoverished, claim to be both the ancient Egyptians and the ancient Jews. But I guess that stealing is what your people do best.
