You can't prove she didn't repent on her death-bed. (I've heard on good authority that she repented of her drug use and theft-via-social-security-cheque.)
Anyway, there is a category known as "virtuous pagans", those who furthered the goals of Christ without accepting Him. Plato is the biggest one, he's the one that proved that The Golden Ones (the 1%) can use "noble lies", and so on. Plato's Republic has all sorts of great ideas for how the world should be run, you can't prove he didn't repent on his deathbed also.
And if they are in hell, the hell of virtuous pagans merely smoulders, rather than burns like what you're headed towards.
