If only there were a way to put anti-theft packaging on the many fruit pies cooling on window sills in our community. I think that might help slow the Negroes who continue to steal pies despite all the efforts we've made over the past several decades. Frankly, keeping several hundred Negroes imprisoned indefinitely at county expense for their pie theft and other crimes is beginning to become quite a tax burden.
