Allthough I didn't test this one I saw someone else playing it and it shows the player jacking off another guy. This game was Bad Street Brawler.
Now we all know a game about baseball should be clean. Well not this one. In Baseball Stars II it shows a lady getting herself off. And the guy just behind her has a demons horn and is gladly watching her.
In the game Vendetta they got the same guy from Streets of Rage 3 in a different costume but this time doing another guy.
And this game even has bestiality...
Lets not forget where all this started. With the classin NES game Super Mario Bros. Every kid that had a NES had the game as it came with it when you bought it. In this image you can see that it makes kids think doing drugs, especially mushrooms are fun.

I was going to also post images of super mario having sex a vine (plant) and sucking himself off but it seems that the ahtiests somehow got all the images and hidden them from the net.

For the first two images, yes, those things happen in the game, and it is joked about in the gaming community.
For the second one... I can see by the cathegory in link of your image "minimocks", that it mock something in the game. The game doesn't feature any ejaculations or sex. ... But the game does have a strange attack (go see on Youtube "Bad Street Brawler").
The fourth image... It's a confetti.
The fifth and sixth images... Those do not happen in the game. Enemies hit you, and there aren't any "humoristic" death scenes.
Get your fact straight.
Go watch a bit of footage on Youtube. You'll nothing of that happens.

But you know what games Are really travesties (not the sexual term)?
NES Bible games.
(hmmm... "For play"... "for-e-play"... "foreplay"? ... If you (general) do those kind sense twisting things, why shouldn't I?)
On the fun factor of the game... It's pretty terrible, and you never buy this.
If you seem intrigued by the game, download a NES (the game was also published on the Sega mega drive(Genesis) and on PC) emulator, and a Bible Adventure ROM. ... Try to play the game and have fun (you wont be able to, because the game broken (the programming wasn't well made)).
