This is exactly how a Godly country (the USA) does and should operate:
kill twenty two people (doctors and their wounded, unarmed patients) because we BELIEVE that there possibly MAY be ONE enemy hiding inside. Even if there is no actual enemy in the hospital, it is safer for America to kill 22 innocent people than let one enemy live.
