So either everything is perfect (appearances notwithstanding) or there exist things God did not create, which means that Genesis 1 is a fable.
If you think everything is perfect, WHAT ARE YOU (and all the other Christians) COMPLAINING ABOUT?
If you think Genesis 1 is a fable, you're as much a Christian in Wisconsin as I am.
So which is it?

In warpedville I suppose you'd list "hate" as "evil" & so you'd have a problem accommodating the concept revealed in Psalm 139..
21 Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.
23 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:

Rev'd Flint has already mentioned how denying God's Law leads to the autistic and in your case, denying all of His Reality (in order to persist with sinful choices) must create a void of some magnitude, where you may not look lest you see.
They're all the same in this respect, and such "symptoms" are
never described by Jesus as "genetic" or the result of theory-of-mind impairment. That is how we know it's caused by sin.
But sin is not perfect.
