People die due to acts of God. Like floods and earthquakes and other acts of God. Your skewy logic has deduced from this that God is a "murderer".

Thats right. Floods and earthquakes which according to you are produced by God kill people. A bomb created by me could kill people.That would make me a murderer.

People also die due to acts of medicine. They might be allergic to penicillin and die when it is administered. Is "medicine" therefore a murderer?

Medicine is an object. Don't be silly that is simply an accident.

Cars again are objects and cannot murder people. However the person who killed someone whilst driving a car is indeed a murderer.

Childbirth is unintentional, at that age a baby cannot think for itself, it is again an accident, no ones fault.

I think the term murderer is reserved for humans only, but yes the snake is a killer.
