Well I never give presents to my wife as that may make her covertous.

Psalm 10:3 For the wicked boasteth of his heart's desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth.

She however thought to tempt me into covetousness by buying me several thoughtful gifts she knew I would like.

The only thing I could do was drag her to the local quarry (she's been limping a bit from the partial stoning she received for a previous infraction; but that's another story) burn her presents in front of her sobbing face and put them in rock filled sacks to sink in the deep water filled pits (screaming at her that presents are not the only things that can sink with enough rocks attached to them).

Well, there were some tears but by the time we got back home (she was still limping) the was no more time for crying as it was my tea time.

All in all a mixed bag of a day.

Praise Jesus!
