You know this, how? As I said before, this contradicts your initial statement that we can't understand God.
Anyway, so what? You're argument is typical Catholic weasel words trying to get away with the basic issue here; God is all knowing. God created the world. These two FACTS means God perfectly well knows that 9.0 and tsunami was going to happen in Japan and kill 18,000+ plus people. The only logical conclusion is God wanted these people killed.
Why don't you try for once in your life showing some moral courage and deal with that concept?
