You must mean this:
וּלְשֵׁ֤ת גַּם־הוּא֙ יֻלַּד־בֵּ֔ן וַיִּקְרָ֥א אֶת־שְׁמֹ֖ו אֱנֹ֑ושׁ אָ֣ז
הוּחַ֔ל לִקְרֹ֖א בְּשֵׁ֥ם יְהוָֽה׃
As you can see, your vocalization
châlal is erroneous. It should be
hûchal, thus, actually, even the consonants are incorrect, although the stem is h-l-l. Furthermore, it is not the
qal form but actually
hophal that has usually a causative meaning. "Then it was begun that men called..." = began to call.
