You really have a problem with definitions, don't you?

If someone prays for something to happen, and it does, THAT IS EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE. PERIOD.

Likewise, if nothing happens, that is also empirical evidence.

Empirical means "coming from observation", as opposed to coming from theory.
