Really!!??!! One of my cousins - rather the black sheep of the family - married a British military man and she tells us that all British military bases abroad have their own churches (plural) - Roman Catholic, Church of England (i.e. Roman Catholic but pretending otherwise) and Baptist (Welsh Baptist, but beggars can't be choosers). They sometimes even have Methodists too. I am appalled to learn that the US military does not provide similar spiritual facilities!

so presumably the absence of any other church would not have been a problem, as if you were born Orthodox then your parents must have been Orthodox? Where are their roots?
