Puerto Rico Cannot Become a State Unless it Apologizes to Trump -

As a Mayor, I get a little deep into the field of public policy sometimes. Some call me a policy wonk.
When I have my weekly coffee visit at the Senior Center, the ladies sometimes roll their eyes when I take off on my latest Public Policy issue. Making Public Policy is all about being objective and not emotional. Add to that the goal of serving the public's interests.
I mention all of this because I find President Trump to be very skilled at Public Policy. He has a steel eyed vision of objectivity and the public's interest.
The best example ever is his latest decree that Puerto Rico cannot have statehood unless the island apologizes for complaining about the President's hurricane relief program. Puerto Rico needs to admit that before the hurricane it was an island of shacks and shanties. After the hurricane its still shacks and shanties. Just what are the Governor and Mayor of San Juan are complaining about.
The President is making a sound policy decision by laying down a criteria for Puerto Rico statehood. When the island meets the criteria it can be a state:

Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.
