You cannot say whether or not something is real, unless you see it for yourself? So on the one hand, you cannot believe in the existence of countries you have never been to. And on the other hand, you cannot deny the existence of a purple dragon directly in front of your face, because you can't see it?
As an agnostic, you are not only saying that there is no evidence for God. You are also saying that if there was a God, there would not necessarily be evidence of His existence then either. What sort of loose definition of God are you using, so that His Will would not be evidenced by states of the world?
