What this means is that really God interprets the scriptures for us. But you may say there many interpretation of Christianity in the world.
The answer is the bible ( God word ) interprets itself. That is why all scriptures have to be in harmony.
So the bible says were are all sinful, but then says we are perfect, so is this a contradiction or do we need a deeper understanding what the bible ( God word ) is trying to tell us?
This is how he hides truth from the ones he doesn't want to have it. Yet it is open to all who do want it.
My only purpose is to get some that maybe of the right heart condition , to get a flicker of what is really in the bible. Then they do what they will with that.

No, it means that there's no interpretation. The Bible means what it says and says what it means.
