I find it curious that you cite Exodus 34:7 TWICE without reading it, as it clearly states that there are those that God WILL NOT forgive.
If you feel (as many false christians do) that, "Oh, that's just the Old Testament, Jesus changed the rules", you would do well to keep in mind:
Matthew 5:17 "Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil."
Matthew 5:18 "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled".
