Amen. Only Bible-believing Christians are qualified to fully comprehend God's Word. No wonder non-believers find fault with the Holy Bible with every turn of the page! Without the Holy Spirit guiding their discernment, they read with a mind turned toward worldliness. It says so in I Corinthians.
I Corinthians 2:12-16
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.
You'd think by now, they'd quit trying to nitpick God's perfect Word and just take our expert (i.e., Christian) conclusion that there are, indeed, no flaws or contradictions in the Bible. Without believing in the Bible, making an analysis of Its contents is bound for failure before they even get out of the gate.
If you don't believe in the Bible, you are not qualified to have an opinion on this matter.
II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power
The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. Rushdoony
