There seem to be a number of concerns, broadly security related as might be expected in an entitlement culture such as would be promoted in the USSA, and I have always found my contact with members of the congregation in the East to be satisfactory in that respect.
They have these quaint laws, at least in some places, where one must sound the horn before moving and although cacophonous does provide for road safety.
