Whoever thinks hell is a place is anti Christ in their teachings.
God is light to the saved being a devouring fire to evil. That light turns the wicked into ashes. f Malachi 4:3.
And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.
Revelation 20: 9 is when that happens. The wicked are not around the city likes the sands of the sea writhing in agony around the city of God. Don't be ridiculous.

Gods ‘s light is a devouring fire. That is what is Hell to evil on judgment day. That day is described in Revelation 20.
