Um, I'm not entirely sure what are you suggesting here, Sister Mitza, but I'd go on a limb and say that Venezuela may not be the best example to follow for any country wanting to seem like a democracy:

That was a few weeks ago, since then most of the civilized world decided to reject the results of that election.
Now, one thing that needs to be said about Maduro, is that the guy doesn't even know how to rig an election properly:

68 percent?! He should have gone all the way and say he won by 99.8%! That's how elections in communist Europe were won each and every time by the one and only political party.
