Please use the search function. I have written extensively on the tort of rape and how the Bible says it is to be handled by the civil courts. God is very clear that the victim is to be paid fifty shekels for the damage to his daughter's hymen, and that the rapist/groom must house, feed, rape, and otherwise care for the damaged property throughout her life, as well as help to raise and support whatever children she gives him, as any normal husband/woman-owner would.
