How could anything God does be described as ungodly?

First and second definitions are just right out.
The problem with the third is that you're applying modern human (read: secular) morality and ethics to the divine, who (according to the Bible)
defines what is right, including slavery, genocide, and the death penalty for witches, disobedient children, apostates, non-virgin brides who have been paid for, etc.
What God does is
by definition Godly.
