Gee, that's a toughie! The Atheistics are mentally ill, and who knows how the diseased brain works? We do know the disease progresses with time, though. Like alcoholism.
The time they are most vulnerable to conversion is just before and after sleeping. That's because they know in their hearts that their willful obstinance is sinful, and they do envy the peace that True Christians™ have. So you can be sure their last thought before crying themselves to sleep each night is
"Oh God, give me the strength to cast my prideful Atheism aside!"
Then in the morning, they wake up with their swollen eyes and think
"Oh God! Another doomed day as a worthless Atheist!"
Once they begin their drug using etc. for the day, the desire to change dims, though. So try to get them either really late or really early.
