I will sleep better at night knowing that this immoral declaration is not actually legally binding. Also, I am happy that even the human rights treaties that our Godly country signed are more of guidelines than actual law - just ask the prisoners in Guantanamo about their "human rights."
This is the best thing about this great country of ours - we can choose and pick to whom we do apply human rights laws and to whom we don't.
