What's on your CHRIST-mass wish list? -
11-18-2009, 01:32 AM
Just a nice little place to drop subtle hints. Here's one ingenius invention that has me kicking myself and saying "why didn't I invented that?"
Laptop Steering Wheel Desk
Just a stocking-stuffer really, but what an example of how capitalism increases productivity!
What are you praying you'll wake up to on CHRIST'S Mass?

I'd like a cask of 100 year old scotch that's been buried in the ice all this time. If my fiance cares about me at all, she'll get it for me.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

Friends, be sure to follow the link provided by Brother Jeb and check out the images submitted by customers, showing how well this device works for them . . . and don't forget the reviews!
As for me, I'd love to get a Christmas Ham. But I'd like it delivered to Sister Sue's house.
Bible boring? Nonsense!
Try Bible in a Year with Brother V, or join Shirlee and the kids as they discuss Real Bible Stories!
You can't be a Christian if you don't know God's Word!

I asked my hubby for Smith & Wesson’s New .500 Magnum Revolver.
Isn't she a beauty?

After the Gold+ tither's safari in Mexico, our cars are not as clean as can be. Lots of gunk from close encounters with roadkill, and lots of stink picked up when driving through injun roadblocks (mostly unrelated). Here's a gift for participants that says "Welcome Home!" with style:

Did you pick up those Tijuana Bibles? Those Mexican bibles are really something. Nothing like a KJV1611. They have a lot to learn.
Matthew:
5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled
10:21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.
10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

I asked around everywhere. The closest people could find were what seemed to be Jack Chick pamflets about the Song of Solomon, which for some reason involved the characters from "Bedtime with Bonzo".

I do not normally wish for the material things in life, but a new tool for "icepick" lobotomies would be nice and useful. The old one is getting rather blunt from being driven into the skulls of sinners with my steel covered KJV.
I like this model. I just hope it doesn't come with the big nose joo.
Luke 5:31
And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick
