Diana, sweet, little pretty Diana,
Aren't you just the prettiest thing? Of course, true beauty comes from having more experience with the Lord. Did you break your nose, dear? Such a pity to see imperfections in one that is trying to follow our Savior's footsteps.
All I can say is it's a good thing you found someone willing to accept your flaws.
As for me, I've been holding out until the right person comes along. I know the Lord has plans for me! Jeremiah 29:11

I have currently read the KJV Bible six times now - but the story of Jesus never gets boring!
My favorite bible verse is Phillipeans 4:13 " I can do all things through Christ which stregtheneth me." because it reminds me that I can do anything because Jesus and God are AMAZING!
So hello everyone! I can not wait to learn more about Jesus with you all and participate in such a christ-like community!

Hello Diana, welcome to the Holiest forum on the web. How did you find Jesus?

Sister Naomi,
It is a wonderful thing indeed that my husband accepts my flaws. In return, I provide him with delicious pies and dinner, although I would do that even if I was not accepted. My job as a woman is only to serve God and my Husband in any way they feel is right. How wonderful it is to be a Christian!

Hello Sir!
Thank you for the kind greeting, I will now address your question. From the day I was born my wonderful parents read me bible verses. They didn't read me any of that hogwash filled with imaginary creatures and disgusting fantasies! Instead, they filled me with the truest words on this Earth, the words from the Lord himself! So in response to your question Sir, Jesus has been a dominant presence in my life from the very beginning, and not once have I lost him.

Your parents sound truly inspiring. But I am curious as to what disgusting and imaginary hogwash you are referring? Please explain so that we may know you better.

Hello Freddy!
I have no specific stories to give you for I was never told any. I can however, tell you that when one obsesses over imaginary creature such as "unicorns", they are not fully able to appreciate the masterpiece of a world we live in. DaVinci did not paint false images in the Mona Lisa because it would distract from the beauty. So my parents wanted me only to see the world as it was created by God, and not be distracted by unreal creatures.
The other part I refer to as "disgusting fantasies" would be like Harry Potter, which was discussed on some other recent thread in the forum!

[my emphasis]
Dear friend,
Unicorns fictiona l??!! I must check this!
Job 39:10
Canst thou bind the unicorn with his band in the furrow? or will he harrow the valleys after thee?
Deuteronomy 33:17
His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.
Isaiah 34:7
And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.
Psalms 92:10
But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
We may not have unicorns NOW and they may be extinct but they are factual according to the Bible. That is more than adequate for me. I'd like to discuss this idea you presented with a male housemember of yours!
Yours in Christ,
Elmer
Edit: Mr. Farmer (below), no need to apologize for spreading the Good Word of Jesus. It can only benefit from constant repetition.
2 Kings 18:25 - Am I now come up without the LORD against this place to destroy it? The LORD said to me, Go up against this land, and destroy it.

Diana, respectfully, unicorns are not imaginary. They are as real as the talking snake in Genesis 3.
Daniel 8:5 And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes.
Job 39:9 Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee, Or abide by thy crib?
etc.
There are many references to unicorns in the Bible.
Edit: Sorry Professor White. I did not see your response before I replied.

For I am a lowly unintelligent woman and I deeply apologize! I will have to have a very intense bible session on the topic of unicorns alone. I thank you all for your quotes pertaining to the subject of unicorns. Are there any creatures or beings I can truthfully state are imaginary? Excuse me now while I bring my husband his snack and begin my study.

Homosexual Christians. No matter what happens, there is no way for unrepenting homosexuals to ever be real Christians.
Leviticus 18:22
Leviticus 20:13.
Atheists! Make the right choice!
or
It should be obvious.
Come stand with us, with Christians, with Jesus, in eternal glory in heaven instead of agony in hell. You won't regret it!

Yes Diana, it seems you have some work to do. But I'm sure with The Lord's guidance and proper assistance by your husband, you will eventually learn more fantastic creatures that have roam the earth such as unicorns and four legged chickens.
Leviticus 11:20 All fowls that creep, going upon all four, shall be an abomination unto you.
"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 5:16)
"But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery." (Matthew 5:32)
