What the hell is a "Minimum Wage?" -
12-10-2009, 03:17 AM
Christians, friends. Had a little visit from the state department today regarding the few Negras and Mexicant's working on my farm. Apparently the very generous wage of 2.50$ a day that I pay them is simply not enough for these Obuma SS brigade members. If I don't start paying them 7.25 an hour then I will apparently have problems with the state! Honestly, what do these fellers really need besides corn tortillas, watermelon and fried chicken?
Why my grandaddy Jimmy Law used to be able to buy a sandwich, a pop, a bag of chips and a handful of lard for five cents! What has this country come to that now I have to start giving handouts capable of supporting entire cities in the third world!? Have no doubt ladies and gentlemen that soon we'll be giving our entire paycheck to these "Sons and daughters of Ham".
Any constructive ideas on how to avoid this horrible penalty?

Well good sir, you could pay them the 7.25 an hour but hold back some money with an expense. Like a water expense, equipment rental ect. Be creative! I'm sure the spics and nigs don't know how to read english well enough to understand what it means. Good luck brother, I will be praying hard for you tonight! God Bless!!

Start a Farm school. Not only will you not have to pay your workers, you can get them to pay you for the privilege of mucking out your stalls and plowing your fields. The going rate is $12,000 per student per year. Ain't America grand?
And people often forget their children are a good source of free labor. You can even legally beat them if they slack off.
If you can't do any of the above, at lease dispense with the Negroes and Mexicans and hire whites. If you are going to pay that much, you might as well the most for your money.

Make them all self-employed, no minimum wage there. The advantage to them is that they can claim tax relief on protective clothes and stuff. This means you can put up the price of such things when you sell them. It's win-win.

Well, I have no problem with the minimum wage, in fact, I often pay my messicans and nigras way more. Call me stupid but I am a softie and feel those that break their backs to make me a wealthy many deserve some crumbs.
You might wonder how I can afford to do this, well it is called "FASB" and a little common sense. Now as many of you know, it is over 40 miles from my place to the nearest town or neighbor. Because of this, I provide accommodations on the farm in the coop. I do not give them away, I charge $50.00 per night, per person. I provide clean running well water, no charge. A light near a bunk is an additional $5.00 a day for four hours run time. My kids set up a little company store where food, clothing and necessities are available. All these expenses get charged back to the wages earned (included is a book keeping fee). Typically, I start a man at $10/hour and they work a twelve hour day, six days a week. So a good worker can earn $720.00 a week. Subtract accommodations (everyone wants a light) and the balance is $335.00. Most men eat pretty hardily and rack up a $10.00 breakfast, a $10,00 lunch and a $15.00 dinner, that comes to $35.00 a day. These makes the balance $90.00. Many opt to get the mandatory ride ($15.00) to the farm Church and attend services ($40.00). You may wonder why I have to charge for services but I need the money to pay for proper lodging for the visiting Pastors and Reverends (Rev. Osborne, the men are still talking about your sermon!). This leaves a balance of $35.00 Typical bookkeep fees per man per week are $15.00 and most men tend to spend about $40.00 per week on clothing and toilet paper. This then leaves a balance of $(20.00). Let me tell you, this accumulates a lot over time. I have one fellow, he has been with me since childhood. 26 years he has worked for me. He owes about $6,000. I take out 'failure to repay' policies on most of the men to ensure their debt gets paid. Any that run off and actually make it, I write off the loss on my taxes.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Another thing I do is the 'swear Jar'. Five bucks for every swear or non-American English word. I use the money to 'get away from it all' .

That sounds like a good idea Brother Bathfire, but I'm concerned that they all might take to calling themselves "consultants". It's enough today that all these LIEbral "self-esteem" induced MBA types have everyone calling themselves "associates". It was good enough in my days for everyone to be a "grunt". I blame it all on Obama and his "egalitarian" socialism.

Excellent advice Mr.Hutchins, my fieldhands are also suggesting I give their children a dollar each for Christmas. Is that a good idea?

My understanding is that our nation's newly privatized prisons will rent out labor very cheaply. This is an option worth exploring. Prisoners are generally a whole lot more obedient than illegal immigrants, and definitely easier to communicate with.

How many hours a day do the children work? Being they are probably uneducated wetback heathens, any money you give them does not have to be real. I suggest just giving them a shiny metal slug.
I do not allow many families to live at the farm. The tend to procreate like bunnies. The real little ones (under four years) tend to just be a leech on resources.

One way out of child labor laws is to make them technically "volunteers". Yes, the kids might get a generous donation from you to the order of $10 a day for a full 8-12 hours of work. What makes kids great workers is that any amount of money excites them. Back when I was in California, my buddy owned a farm in the central valley, up near Visalia. He would pay the little beaner kids their $10 a day for their twelve hours of farm work and they couldn't have been happier. It beats working in Mexico where they get paid in pesos which are far less in value than the mighty U.S. dollar.
I don't see why these liberals hate these kids so much by making it illegal for them to work. How would you like it if the government said you couldn't work? How could you earn money? These kids are just trying to help out their families and maybe buy some clothes and candy. I believe in helping out these poor Mexican families by providing them with employment opportunities.
That's just my two cents.

Excellent point, Reverend Jim. If them beaner kids didn't have a job, they'd just be out on the street stealing and selling drugs. Picking lettuce and tomatoes is a far better way to keep them occupied.
And I really don't see the point of sending kids to public school - if they can't afford private schooling, why should taxpayers fork out the cash to educate them?
Besides, as we've seen repeatedly, education ruins workers. If everyone had a college degree, they'd want an office job, and then who could we hire to do landscape gardening or pool cleaning? American workers already demand too much money because they can read and write - fortunately, we can get beaners to do these jobs for less than minimum wage. But if we start educating the beaners, they'd start demanding jobs as CEOs.
Praise Jesus!
Brother Fred
