Direct from the dep't of Homeland Security:
Quote:
Pressure cooker sales will be monitored by state and federal government. In order to buy a pressure cooker, you will need to pass a background check and you will register the purchase with state entities. The number of purchases will be strictly limited. Schools, banks, and state and federal buildings will be designated as "pressure cooker-free zones." It will be against the law to sell a pressure cooker at a garage or estate sale. All unused pressure cookers which need to be discarded must be turned in to the state. If a pressure cooker is inherited, it must be registered as belonging to the new owner.
