Because even the earlobes has part in the function of enhancing three dimensional hearing by providing resonances as function of elevation. Well, earlobe case they are acting as sound filter that filters out some resonances from sound of your own steps. For once, and I almost cannot believe I am about to say this, I agree with Maria. During the time I was attaining my various degrees at the faith based universities I attended, I was forced to look at photographs of human vulvas on several occasions. I became physically ill each and every time.

I am not one to question the will of God, and being that I am but a simple Scientheist, the infinite mysteries of the Lord are of course beyond my imaginings. So I must admit that I will never understand why He made that part of the female anatomy so incredibly unpleasant to view.

I have horrible nightmares almost every night. But my mind has never manufactured an image anywhere near as disturbing as the hairy monstrosity that the Lord, in his unfathomable wisdom, chose to place between the legs of all women.
