Mayor of Beebe, Arkansas, Has a Message for Pagans, NO! -
06-19-2014, 08:01 PM
If there is a Mayor who deserves the Mayor of the Year award, it's my friend, Mike Robertson, of Beebe. He came through for his citizens at a moment of crisis.
Can you imagine how frightened we would be if Satan's own church decided to put down roots in our town? That's what Satan is trying to do in Beebe.
A man and his unattractive wife decided to use a vacant building to start a Pagan church. The name they made up was "Seekers Temple." I understand on the longest day of the summer, for which they have a name I cannot remember, they will celebrate by eating a carrot.
Fortunately, Mayor Mike noticed zoning laws are not entirely specific. He decided the zoning of the building was OK for a Christian church but not a Pagan one. As one of the City Council members said of the man's Pagan church, "That man's god in not my God."
The Pagans, Felicia and David Bertram, have been informed in no uncertain terms their "church" is not wanted in Bebee. Praise Jesus!

From their satanic website:
"I have been a Pagan Priest since 1985. I am also a disabled vet from the U.S. Army and a stay-at-home father. My wife is also a Pagan Priest."
Disabled. Stay-at-home father. Wife is a priest.
They are just doing all they can to do things wrong, aren't they?
Lunatics.

Excuse me if I am missing the point here, but in my country "vet" is short for veterinarian. So how did an army vet get disabled? Bitten by a horse? Does the US army still have a cavalry? We are not being told the whole truth here, are we?

The courts should take their children from them. They're clearly in mortal, spiritual, and emotional danger.
You can see Satan peering out from the eyes of the parents
I wouldn't be surprised if they were planning on torturing and eating their babies.

I saw their "sad story" on their web site as well. The good Mayor told them their application for a permit to have a church not only would be denied, they were not allowed to submit their application.
One would think that when a Mayor makes his views perfectly clear, that would be the end of the matter. But, no, these representatives of Satan find they need to tell the sob story over and over.
Goodbye, SINNERS!!

"Stay at home father"
My father did his best fathering outside the home. There is nothing on the inside of a home for a father to do. I wouldn't see my father for months at a time! That's how it's done!

In Australia, vet is also short for veteran, as well as veterinarian. My guess, is that in this scenario they mean veteran, which is just a fancy word for a soldier down here in Australia.

I'm amazed at how clever the Mayor of Bebee is.
First, the Mayor used the argument the request for a Pagan church was an affront to Jesus and would not be allowed. Now, he is cleverly telling the Pagans it is all about zoning laws.
At the town meeting the other night, he actually said the Pagan carrot worshipers could open a church if they properly followed the local zoning laws. But, he set up requirements so high they cannot meet them.
Pagans think they are smart. But, show me a Christian Mayor with his hackles up and I'll show you Pagans leaving town.
