Sister Mother, let me reassure you: there are

In Godless but pragmatic England, this would have been dealt with by hearty laughter and a pat on the back. In Baptist Wales (the wrong sort of Baptist, but at least they are making some effort) everyone would have burst into spontaneous hymns of praise.
