Has anyone else seen it? I know how she likes to upstage the rest of us gals and just want to know what the competition has planned. VERY CURIOUS GLENDORA

Oh Lord! You've just reminded me.
I haven't seen Sister Thumpers latest number but I'm sure you're right about upstaging us.
Anyone for Shopping?

I saw her coming out of the Shady Lady Tanning Salon, so I'll bet she'll be wearing strings. Shopping? You already know the answer!

She wouldn't be planning to purchase anything from the "Janet Jackson" line, would she?

I just can't imagine Sister Thumper putting her purity at risk, having anything to do with that dirty pillow flashing sister of a pedophile. Even though a certain pastor might not complain.

My GOD, I sense some sort of Conspiracy here
I tried to follow your link, Mother Glynndie, and got this:

I got that screen, too, although I'm just a Member so I guess that's a bit more understandable.
Still, I'm nosy.

Worked fine for me...see if it works now.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.
God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

I remember what Thumper wore last year. Maybe this year she will wear the other half of the same frock. I was certainly impressed.

Sisters, I'm torn.
I have in my closet two Easter dresses. One is really . . . interesting, but was given me as a present by the hippies. They might be hurt if I don't wear it.
Maybe I can save it for the 4th of July?
The other I picked out myself. I think it really screams "Springtime"!
What do you think, ladies?

The first one looks fine, it's like a baby factory target. Appropriate for Easter and fertility rituals alike.
The second would work if you were trying to hide amongst zebras in a field of poppies. Don't know what you'd be doing in Afganistan, though.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

The second one is fine if you don't mind people thinking you're a whore ready to fornicate with anyone has $20. The hemline is even above the knee! I think you're spending entirely way too much time out of Freehold, and we really need to get you married to a fine True Christian™ man so you don't need to be working for those hippies anymore.

The link works fine now, Bro Temper. If only a Brother I would heap Scorn & Imprecation upon him, but as a Senior Pastor, he is Untouchable
I think I'll keep my pert little nose out of this Fashion show entirely; they don't call her Sister "Thumper" for nothing

You make an excellent point, Sister. Well, two points.
The dress is displayed on a mannequin with longer legs than mine. On me, the hemline is about 1" below the knee.
And yes, it is difficult working for these hippies. But soon, I'll be running The Monthly Visitor and the Don't Drip Inn, both just outside Freehold!

That doesn't explain the top that displays entirely too much skin. While I think the patterns they use are entirely much too flashy, here is a great resource to get you started... http://www.thekingsdaughters.com/
I'm looking forward to you coming to Freehold. I just don't want to see you run out of town as a brazen hussy before you find a True Christian™ man to marry and be a help meet to.

I envy you all.
All I get to wear is my habit, and some of the men here in Mexico try to get me to try on garishly colored traditional dresses or frilly, usually revealing flamenco dresses.
