One of the advantages of being on the right side of history and electing Republicans to government is that more and more states are doing right by the Founding Fathers and legislating open carry laws so that you can enjoy a night of fine dining with your family at Applebee's knowing that they are safe because you have your trusty AR-15 slung over your shoulder, ready to spring into action at the first sign of trouble, just like the Founders intended.

Of course this has got namby-pamby LIEberals wetting their pants. Crying into their arugula, they wail that it's impossible to tell a good guy with a gun from a bad guy with a gun until it's too late. As usual, they are dead WRONG! There are plenty of ways to tell if the guy with the gun is good or bad and I'd like to share some of them with you. Maybe after reading this the DUMBocrats will quit their sobbing and get right with Jesus.

Is the guy carrying a Bible? TRICK QUESTION! I didn't want to start off easy! First you have to LOOK CLOSELY at the Bible. King James 1611? Good guy! Any other versions? Unless he's using a satanic non-KJV as toilet paper, he's a bad guy.

Is he carrying a koran or Darwin's Origin of Species (the atheisn't "bible") - bad guy.

Now, he may be open carrying with both hands, so you can always quiz him. Ask him what his favorite Bible verse is. Reminder: If you have to open your Bible to check to see if his is correct, you may be on the path to being a bad guy. Memorize your scriptures!

Walk up to him and say "allahu". If he's a bad guy, he won't be able to help himself and will finish the phrase with "akbar". Run for cover, not only is he a bad guy he's a terrorist! Alternate phrase if you want to stick to a non-gibberish language - "The world is blank years old." If he replies "millions", bad guy.

As we know, that murdering liberal Elliot Rodgers was a closet sodomite, so look to see how someone is openly carrying their gun. Are their wrists too limp to hold it correctly? If so, you are looking at a bad guy.

If you are patrolling your neighborhood and you see an urban thug in a hoodie walking around unescorted by law enforcement, you found yourself a bad guy.

Ask them what they are doing for America's birthday. If they say prayer, burgers, and fireworks, you are looking at a good guy. Anything else, you may have yourself a bad guy.

Much of this may not even be necessary. Often you can tell a good guy from a bad guy just by looking at him. Does he look like an urban thug? An illegal wetback? Or does he look like a traditional, upstanding God-fearing American? One of these is a good guy, and Holy Spirit will fill you with the answer.

Here's another thing: if you are going to force people to GET THEIR OWN DRINKS, make the walkways wide enough for open-carry patrons. I was in a chinaman restaurant yesterday called Pei Wei's (don't ask) and the area where you have to GET YOUR OWN DRINK was so tight that it unsnapped my holster.

As anyone who knows me is aware I have carried a gun on my person since I was given my 1st handgun on my 13th birthday so I don't keep up with the changing laws that states keep making. Personal space, fear for safety and and the mandatory arming school teachers seem to be all you hear about in the news but I have not heard anything about a good guy, bad guy law. I mean if you meet a person and get a ''feeling'' about their character then when you subtly quiz them and their answers show you that ,in fact, you are dealing with a bad guy! What I need to know is when you shoot this ''bad guy'' is there any state that will inconvenience you with an arrest and make you defend your 2nd Amendment rights in a court of law?
