You will note that the article is not written by a Baptist and is hedged about with ifs, buts and conditionals. This is speculation in the extreme.
A moment's thought would bring you to the conclusion that the Baptists were not created overnight and yet once their churches opened, they were filled! PRAISE!
Does this not indicate that previous congregations were Baptist all along and awaiting the moment that their Savior called them to proper worship?
As the answer must be , "Yes, Mr Bathfire, Sir, it does." I expect an apology.
