I see. Books that do not confirm what you already believe are false. So you know everything.

There is no science textbook which claims there is no God. But the Bible does condemn witchcraft. So, no, it's not like that at all.

Actually, the main parts of the Rede ("The Rule of Three" and "An' it harm none") are the parts that guide our religion into peace that most. The Rule of Three is like karma. Whatever you put into the world, good or bad, comes back three times as great. So, if you do something good, you will be rewarded. If you do something bad, the universe will punish you. Also, the other rule fits in perfectly with the Rule of Three. It says to think about your actions before doing them. If it hurts someone (including yourself), don't do it!

If you read one of my other replies, you would know that I used to be a Christian, so I have read the bible. I see the bible as more of a guidebook on how to live your life as a Christian, where in fact, I am Wiccan. I'm sorry if that confused you.

Sorry, I was trying to put it into your perspective so you would better understand. Also, like I have stated before, I do not believe in Christianity, therefore, your bible has no effect on me.

I have a couple questions. When a twister dropped a house on your sister in a land drug-crazed midgets, why didn't you just slay them all with your powerful magic? And are witches furries and or into beatiality? Flying monkeys, talking lions, and that little dog too?

Haha, The Wizard of Oz is great movie, isn't it?
The younger sister was the one that died (I'm the younger sister and my older sister is alive and kicking).
While magick is strong (after all, it's what shapes our world), you cannot kill using magick. That is up for the Goddess to decide. Also, it would severely go against everything Wicca stands for. (Please read my past posts about the Wiccan Rede and Beastiality)

Actually, the Rule of Three and the Rede are two different things. The Rede is "An it harm none, do what thou wilt" and the Rule of Three is the Threefold Law. The Rule of Three is not a part of the Rede.
The Rule of Three or Threefold Law was made up by Gerald Gardner and published in 1949. It did not have a name yet.
The Wiccan Rede was first published in 1974 in Earth Religion News. It was an extension of a poem called the Eight Words, recorded in 1964 during a speech by Doreen Valentine, and partially plagiarized from the Book of the Law, Aleister Crowley 1904.
The Olde Religion is about as old as Scientology, which has been consistent in its beliefs since 1954. Today's "Wicca" barely resembles the philosophy of Gerald Gardner or Charles Cardell, who borrowed the word and modified it from an ancient term for MALE sorcerers.
The Olde Religion got "olde" a long time ago, about the same time Scientology did.

Yes, that's why it is called a "New Age" religion. But, before you say that I'm wrong because "it's fake because it's new", Wicca stems from ancient Paganism, as does Christianity. Gerald Gardner only brought the religion to light by observing followers of Paganism.
Modern Holiday (Date) - Pagan/Wiccan Holiday (Date)
Halloween (10/31) - Samhain (Witch's New Year) (10/31)
Christmas (12/25) - Yule (12/21)
Valentine's Day (2/14) - Imbolc (2/1)
Easter (Changes Yearly) - Ostara (3/23)
May Day (5/1) - Beltane
Summer Solstice (Changes Yearly) - Litha (6/21)
Autumn Equinox (Cahnges Yearly) - Mabon (9/21)
Lammas (8/2) is the only Pagan holiday without a modern equivalent. (Interesting Fact: The Declaration of Independence was signed on August 2nd )
Exodus 22:18
Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.

Mr. Hutchins, I'm surprised you would teach your seven-year-old son that kind of language.
I'm sorry Jimmy, but I do not believe in Jesus. My god is female and welcomes all into Summerland. And I'm also very sorry you do not like me, because 'Chutes and Ladders' was one of my favorite games as a child.

All of this is circular reasoning. You say you do not believe the Bible because you do not believe in Christianity. Well, dear friend, that is like saying you are not a Christian because you are not a Christian. I know you are not a Christian. That was clear from the moment you identified yourself as a Hellbound witch.
The point of arguing is to justify your beliefs. If you can't justify your beliefs, you are supposed to give them up. That is what reason is. Otherwise you are what is known as intellectually dishonest.

Child, this wiccan nonsense is merely the first step as an unbeliever towards the enlightenment that is the word of the Christ. It is as natural to masturbate as it is to believe that you can make up your own religion based on crap that you have seen written by drug addicts and the whores of the new age. It is a fact that you probably already have adorned yourself with the mark of Satan, which is what you peasants call tattoos.
God hates tats, and this is a natural fact. Science, the unnatural philosophy that compares cause and effect to the miracle of a virgin birth has already established that inking your skin, in particularly that slight part above your hiney causes cancer and an early death.
Jesus came, because he did not die and wants to save you from the mystery of damnation. Even trying to hold forth that believing in spells and runes and tarot cards and incense and running around naked because you think it is natural is like choosing the wrong door in the house of the haunted.
I love you, my child, and will pray for you to receive a sign that will abolish this retarded belief that you can, alone, surmount the vast nature of the spirit.
The Bible is easy to read, and I have a suggestion. It is in the book of Jonah, chapter four, verse seven.
But God prepared a worm when the morning rose the next day, and it smote the gourd that withered.

That is also true, yes. But the term "New Age" started getting thrown around during Crowley's life as a result of his term "New Aeon".

If they in fact existed.
Is it more likely that the summation of Western culture has been incorrect about witches for centuries, or a few trust fund sluts who changed their names to Raven and got self-published?

Well, why do you hate homosexuals?
What about other religions?
My religion teaches tolerance and peace. We accept homosexuals and do not try to convert others. I believe that is justified enough.

I don't think you understand the concept of epistemological justification. You are supposed to prove that your beliefs are true, not that they are tolerant and conducive to peace, which you haven't proven either.
I do not hate homosexuals or members of other religions. I only want them to join me in Heaven, and stop trying to spread their perversions through old money lobbying.
