Republicans bring in Exciting New Policy -
02-15-2014, 06:28 PM
One of the objections to the Republican Party that I hear from the unthinking, stupid and Democrats is that GOP is reactive not pro-active. Therefore some good news is welcome
Quote:
Idaho bill would allow doctors or cops to refuse service to LGBT people on religious grounds.
An Idaho Republican can’t think of anyone in his state who has been forced to render aid to a gay or lesbian person against their will, and he’d like to keep it that way.
Rep. Lynn Luker outlined a proposal Tuesday backed by his conservative Christian allies to shield religious people from the threat of losing their professional licenses for refusing service or employment to anyone they conclude violates their religious beliefs.
“This is pre-emptive,” said Luker, a Boise Republican. “The issue is coming, whether it’s 10 years, or 15 years, or two years.”
|
There is a genuine point here that most of us hadn't even thought of. This can be summed up by:
1 "Why should anyone have to deal with weirdos?"
2 "If they were Christians, none of this would be an issue."
Here is a picture of the fragrant Mrs Lynn Luker:
She looks a bit like our own Betty Bowers, doesn't she?

They are going to have to be careful only to allow real religions to discriminate. I don't want those pasta heathens to refuse to serve me because I'm a Christian!

I'm with you on that Brother Godfly, the proposed legislation could use some more precise wording. You can bet that Obama and the Democrats would love nothing more than to use the Justice Department to force Landover Baptist Church to perform LGBT marriages.

It now appears that this person called "Lynn" is a man!
At least he is a man now - The Lord alone knows what he was some years back!
I'm not at all sure "he" should be in GOP at all. We've heard of "Log-Cabin Republicans" but surely this is taking things too far.
If this is not the draftsman’s error, it is an error of humanity, to be punished by God, The Lord have Mercy.

Obviously they are modeling their new laws on Freehold's Bible-based city ordinances. Another gold star for our godly mayor.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

It's a start. But it needs to work both ways. Sure, I won't treat a homo in my practice. And I don't want some kiddy fiddling homo deviant putting his/her hands all over me when I require surgery. What about my rights as a Christian? Trampled all over, as usual.
Let's just lock up the perverts and be done with it. Then we'll have no need for ridiculous questions about gay marriage, gay sex, gay this-and-that. It's just disgusting watching it on the TV, looking at it on the internet, accidentally downloading gigbytes of porn, loitering in public stalls, constantly checking grindr. I can tell you, there are dudes ready and willing everywhere you look for them.

Thank you Pastor Zeke. I'm especially proud of our religious liberty record in Freehold. People in our service industries, medicine, restaurants, etc. can refuse to provide service to those considered sinners.
I'm proud to report there are even businesses that are quite rude to sinners. I still have a few signs left in my office free for the taking that say, HOMERS, GET OUT
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

I see this as a Freedom of Speech issue. While if people choose to be Gaywise and trounce about in rainbow colored chiffon, so be it. But I have every right not to be forced to look at it.
I can just imagine a Godly Christian fireman, all hot and sweaty in his fireman boots, having just finished a few Chick-A-Fil sandwiches. Getting the emergency call, he rushes to the home of a person in distress. Climbing that vibrating, shaky ladder, the glare of the heat, his palms sweaty, heart pumping fiercely, drops of turgid man sweat emanating from his brow. Finally, he reaches the window. Only to find a shrieking full on gaybait standing there holding Liza Minelli posters. No doubt, he'd vomit out his Chick-A-Fil sandwiches. No man should have to suffer like that.
So I'd like to stand behind our emergency services workers and strenuously fight for their right to decide what is a real emergency and what constitutes 'personal space invasion'. Np Christian would ever put a non-Christian in an uncomfortable position and force an agenda on them.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

The Fag Friends are claiming that being able to turn away unmarried mothers is a BAD thing here, and that pushing this bill suggests that good Christian people are infringing on their rights. Well, what about these good Christian business owners? Do they not have the right to feel safe? Whenever a flamboyant man weaeing pink or a woman that looks more like a man comes near me, I fear for my safety. They are often rapists, wanting to lull good Christian youths into trusting thm and take them back to their homo-brothels, to pimp young women and men out to their perverted queers and she-queers. This bill is exactly what it says- free exercise of religion. That's true equality- they've already stolen marriage from us, and they want us to let them spread their gay all over American schools? Those poor, non-home-schooled children. They deserve better. They've already been forsaken by their parents, and these kids who choose to be gay fling themselves around trying to pollute children who'd otherwise have a chance for salvation.
Not only that, they want good Christian hotel owners to open their doors so that these gays can perform their vile acts in beds that may well be used by a Christian later on. And that Christian won't know what happened before he slept there. Do we know if gay is contagious?
Here's a site that promotes the disgusting gay cause. http://www.slate.com/blogs/outward/2...src=burger_bar
I ask those protestors this- you choose which businesses you step into, which doctor's surgery you use, which school you send your children. Why should those businesses, surgeries and schools not get that same decision? You're unmarried? With child? I'm sure there are doctors surgeries that will take you in Mexico. Move there if you have such a problem with common sense.
Ruth 1:16; Ruth 1:17 : 16 And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God:
17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the Lord do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me.
