Dear idiot:
Nomadic shepherds don't have BARNS.
Sheep are covered in WOOL. It keeps them WARM.
Tell me, how did you get so unbelievably stupid? It's really quite an accomplishment. Your mother must be proud.
Bible boring? Nonsense!
Try Bible in a Year with Brother V, or join Shirlee and the kids as they discuss Real Bible Stories!
You can't be a Christian if you don't know God's Word!

I'm very sorry for insulting you. I sometimes forget the differences in the weather and seasons between the northern and southern hemispheres. I'm in Northern France right now; It gets pretty damn cold.

In other words your a victim of liebral public education.
I think you just answered the Reverends question about how you became so stupid.
Oh, and I don't live in Australia, I've never even been to Australia. I was fortunate enough to have a mother who, although she sent me to public school, taught me how to find things out for myself and to explore my world. I was raised in Canada and moved to the US back in August.
Then again, I'm old enough that we did have prayer in school. Every morning in Elementary, we pledged allegiance to the flag sang the national anthem and said the Lords Prayer. Then again we also had corporal punishment and actually learned things. Now I look at my nephews who are all high school graduates and are basically illiterate. That's what happens when you remove God from schools and replace him with hippie values.

The reason public schools are failing is simple. The republicans refuse to pay more taxes, and insist that the taxes they already pay be wasted on putting petty marijuana users in jail until they die. Go america.

Aren't you from France? Exactly how are the AMERICAN republicans not paying taxes affecting the schooling in places like France and Canada? Now put down your bong and go pick up a book! Preferably the KJV Bible.

Republicans don't pay taxes, sweetheart. We protect citizens from being robbed by big government, which is exactly what taxes are.
Not that I've ever paid any, praise Jesus.

I'm from Nebraska, dear. I ran off to california when I was nineteen, went to school for a few years, ran around in san francisco a bit, hitchhiked to new york, and eventually got to europe. I traveled around a bit, and finally settled in france.

Oh, I forgot. Having decent public schools, transportation, police force, fire departments, medical care, and a beautiful city to live in, is the government robbing you. Silly me.

Have you ever heard of something called the free market?
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.
God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.
