These devices are apparently so small they can be carried around as easily as a good bottle of wine: how easy is it for one of these monsters to take one of these devices into a public rest room and use a cubical to act out their disgusting desires using these multimedia video machines?

You don't even need to plug them into the wall socket, these days

This is simply appalling, Dr. Niles. I agree something needs to be done, and quickly.

This is one of the many reasons I do not allow my wive or sons to access the internet at all. There are just too many preverts out there just waiting to pounce on smooth, young and naive flesh.

In the hands of a True Christian™, the internet is a wonderful way to spread the Word of God. Otherwise, it is no better than those 8th Avenue shops in Jew York City I've heard so much about.

Why am I not surprised to hear that Nintendo has implemented this kind of paedophilia interface in their machines so these predators can prey their victims with ease.

But we should probably remove the software first(which they have already done), then see if any more incidents happen. And if any more incidents happen, remove the camera from the DS. And so on and so forth

These devices should just be band outright.

Because I think that the major problem lies in the camera implanted in the 3DS and not the DS itself. DSI had a similar issue, but because it could not be broadcasted, the perverts could only keep the pics to themselves instead of selling them. DS light and the original DS didn't have a camera, so that prevented pornography via DS altogether.
That said, DSI and 3DS need a product recall: this pornography thing is starting to become a major problem, again :/
