Rappin' for Jesus? -
02-12-2013, 05:47 PM
I found this video while browsing Youtube for new songs for my Bible study group to sing.
]
At first I was a bit shocked by the phrase, "Jesus Christ is my nigga," but perhaps this will help put the basic message of our Lord in terms those inner-city coloreds can better understand? Maybe until we can get a KJV Bible translated into that Eye-bonics that they speak, this will help put their hell-bound souls on the path to salvation and True Christianity™. What do you think, brothers and sisters?

No, absolutely not. Nigra music has always been a scourge, no good can come of it. Rap music will only entice virginal True Christian™ maidens away from Christ and into satan's den of interracial fornication, drug abuse and sodomy. I rebuke you in the Name of Christ for even daring to post such rubbish! Get thee hence!!
Edit: also, JC is NOBODY'S 'nigga'!! Jesus owns us, not vice-versa! And translating the KJV into Afrocoon jive, are you insane? Ultimate blasphemy! You make Christ gag on his own vomit!

I don't have the words. I know things get a little rambunctious around here sometimes, but c'mon! I'd be afraid to step foot in that church. I would be afraid of getting struck by lightning. The preacher and his wife are lucky that God is more laid back these days because in Bible times the very Earth may have swallowed them up. If the description on youtube is to be believed, some wayward youth--undercover emissary of Satan--deceived them into making this video. "Jesus is my n---" I won't even type it. "Jesus will put a cap in your butt" I don't think Jesus is going to put anything in anybody's rectum. I think their heart was in the right place, what with saying nigger over and over again, but some things should NOT be attributed to Jesus.

That is blasphemy, pure and simple. Satan abounds in that church. Trying to say that Christ, the blond-haired, blue-eyed God-man who temporarily died on the cross for my sins is a "nigga," that is going too far. It like the perverts who want to claim that Jesus is a queer.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

Oh wow, that's so bad it's funny. I don't like rap, but those guys can't even do it. I don't believe any rap fan would take that seriously.

I personally enjoyed the early rap songs like Fight The Power and Take It Personal. And someone please explain to me how afrocoon jive isn't a racist term. I can't wait to hear that one.

Yo teddybear, is it racist to refer to you as nigga? I got in trouble for that, but maybe if you yourself were to tell Landover Craptist that the term nigga isn't racist in the context that I used it, maybe then they'll look like fools. I've already been demolishing these mormons in my posts, so it would be cool to show them that black people don't view them as experts on what terms constitute racial offenses. Plus, they added that picture to my profile, so I don't understand what they were trying to do there.

Why must you fill our pages with your racial hatred.
If you want to be a self-hating negro, that's fine, but take it somewhere else.

Yes, it is racist. Just because you think sitting on the porch smoking crack, drinking a 40 and calling each other "nigga" is normal behavior, does not mean that it's acceptable behavior.

Not in comparison to you.

First of all, we're not mormons, and secondly I just thought you were here being an annoying troll.
Where have you "demolished" us?

I believe that the church, as owner of this board, gets to decide what is offensive and unoffensive on their board.

So you like music that makes you uppity.
Interesting....
I believe Brother witchammer was attempting to spell Africa phonetically in "jive" so that you would be capable of understanding it. So unless mentioning the country of Africa is "racist" I don't think you have any basis for your attack. Well except for the fact that you listen to music that tell you to " Take It Personal".
