Different airports have greatly differing standards for specialist meals. This would not bother a Christian traveller of course but who is that seated next to you and what is he doing underneath the blanket with a funny look on his face? I may well be able to do something for him but the revulsion I feel has no immediate remedy.

The grill being available at any time, a proper wine list, unobjectionable travelling companions well spaced and unlikely to start wailing makes this an easy choice for me. But I know some people have higher standards and for them I would recommend travel by sea.
