Child, this Wiccan nonsense is merely the first step as an unbeliever towards the enlightenment that is the word of the Christ. It is as natural to masturbate as it is to believe that you can make up your own religion based on crap that you have seen written by drug addicts and the whores of the new age. It is a fact that you probably already have adorned yourself with the mark of Satan, which is what you peasants call tattoos.
God hates tats, and this is a natural fact. Science, the unnatural philosophy that compares cause and effect to the miracle of a virgin birth has already established that inking your skin, in particularly that slight part above your hiney causes cancer and an early death.
Jesus came, because he did not die and wants to save you from the mystery of damnation. Even trying to hold forth that believing in spells and runes and tarot cards and incense and running around naked because you think it is natural is like choosing the wrong door in the house of the haunted.
I love you, my child, and will pray for you to receive a sign that will abolish this retarded belief that you can, alone, surmount the vast nature of the spirit.
The Bible is easy to read, and I have a suggestion. It is in the book of Jonah, chapter four, verse seven.
But God prepared a worm when the morning rose the next day, and it smote the gourd that withered.
|
Thank you for your concern and prayers Mr. Scenter, but I have made up my mind on the path to divinity.
I do not have tattoos, and do not plan on getting any, though I wear my pentacle necklace proudly wherever I go.
And I have read the bible. I found it very interesting and I still own my late aunt's copy to this day.
But, it's just not something I believe. Every time I step into a church with my family, I feel the Goddess tugging at my heart, telling me to follow her to inner peace. Whenever I am out in nature, casting a prayer circle in my bedroom or even clutching my pentacle pendent between my hands, I feel like I am home. The warm feeling you get when you are in a big, comfy armchair, reading to your children about Moses, Noah, Jesus and everyone in between or singing your favorite hymn in church, the whole congregation's voice becoming one big gust of power is what I get practicing my religion. If you were to step into a coven and feel an overwhelming sense of unwelcome, you would know how it feels to be me in a church. It just doesn't fit right.
I accept your spiritual path. It's high time you accept mine.

I don't think you understand the concept of epistemological justification. You are supposed to prove that your beliefs are true, not that they are tolerant and conducive to peace, which you haven't proven either.
I do not hate homosexuals or members of other religions. I only want them to join me in Heaven, and stop trying to spread their perversions through old money lobbying.

Wicca is real because, well, look around you. If the Goddess did not exist, all this beautiful nature would be dull and colorless.

So ancient paganism taught tolerance and peace? Is that what the historical record says?

Yup! It was also around before Christianity. Besides, why would anyone join a religion that doesn't teach peace?

No we dont, un like your hippie filled cult our actual Religion tells us to shun any other self proclaimed God
John 14:6 - Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Exodus 20:3-5 3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
Deuteronomy 12:29-31 (one of my favorite)

My religion teaches tolerance and peace. We accept homosexuals and do not try to convert others. I believe that is justified enough.

My child, you have been blinded by the forest where the witches and warlocks pretend to thrive. This "wicca" which is a derivation of "wicked" is based on what Aleister Crowley called "sex magic" and there is no way to believe that you can make a wish come true playing around with shit. You might as well try to teach flies to sing in the choir.
I am willing to bet that you like those movies about Harry Potter, and maybe even the books. Do you know that the woman that wrote these children's novels was a proper Christain? She spent her entire profitable life designing these stories to entice you into realm of consternation. As a woman, she is of course a false prophet, but your destiny is becoming clear to me now.
You must abstain from further idolatry. The marks on your skin will be with your for the rest of your life. It is clear to me now that your mission is to preach the word of our Lord.
I pray now, in the spirit of our holy father, that you are not Hispanic.

Show me where basic tenets of your faith, such as the Rede and the Threefold Law, exist prior to the Twentieth Century and I will concede that your religion is old in some other sense than annoying.

First, how do you know that nature would be "dull and colorless" without a deity? Second, how do you know that that deity would necessarily be your deity and not someone else's? I've heard Christians use the same argument for the existence of their god.
You've conclusively proved one thing, namely, that you don't know about ancient history. Ancient pagan societies were almost uniformly anything but tolerant and peaceful.

You refused to truthfully answer my previous questions, but in His Glory gives me great patience so I will try again with some more questions.
How many serpents do you fit in your uterus before defiling yourself with a cross?
Before you slaughter a child on a desecrated altar for your dark master, do you dope them up on crystal meth or do you prefer they have all their senses so they are fully aware of the impending horror?
When Catholic priests give you your orders from Satan, do they also provide the children for sacrifice so they won't talk to the authorities?
When bathing in blood, do you submerse your head thinking it will give your hair fuller body and a lustrous shine?
Because you float in water, did it make you sad when you were a child that you couldn't dive for coins like the other kids?
Do rock and rollers use special equipment to record satanic messages backwards?
You'd better answer truthfully. The is watching and He knows.

Before I add to our wiccan friend's conversation, I have to say that Mrs. Whitford's questions are definitely ones that have been burning in people's minds for the longest time. How nice that we have someone willing to address them with sincerity rather than some of those slimey goth types claiming they are some dark princess of Agathora or Mucosia. Thank you, Mrs. Whitford, for having the presence of mind to ask, and I await with great eagerness the reply.

I'm guessing the "truthful" answer is yes to all of these?
Well too bad!
1. I don't slaughter children.
2. I have nothing to do with Cathlocism.
3. I bathe in water like the rest of you.
4. I happen to love diving.
5. And rock music isn't Satanic.

Summerland? When you were a child? It is time to put childish things behind you.
Do you know the name of your goddess? Which ancient pagan goddess of many is she?
Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.
