Jesus decides who lives and who dies. If you were a Christian, you'd know that.

When really bad things happen (like you get eaten by wild beasts, get killed in war, get sick and die, etc.), then you'll know that it was God that did it to you. And you'll thank Him for it!!

Thou shalt not test the Lord thy God. If you're going to live your life all willy nilly and ignore disease, you're testing God and you deserve what you get.
