Today, the Senate Intelligence Committee reselased a report on the usage of torture by the CIA. The liberal media are all over it, as if torture was wrong or something. I really don't understand what's the big deal? Torture is a great information tool. Bad people quickly break under torture and tell the truth, while good people never break. (I saw that in the movies, so it has to be true).

Besides, torture is approved by :

1) Terrorists who were tortured deserved to be punished for their crimes:

Deuteronomy 25:2 And it shall be, if the wicked man be worthy to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face, according to his fault, by a certain number.

2) Only stupid people become terrorists, and stupid people deserve to be punished for their stupidity:

Proverbs 19:29 Judgments are prepared for scorners, and stripes for the back of fools.

3) Terrorist prisoners are spoils of war, and therefore slaves*. Slaves can be beaten, as long as they don't die within one or two days after the beating:

Exodus 21:20-21
20 And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished.
21 Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he is his money.

Our is not merciful, but, in fact, enjoys torturing people - both good and bad people. The existence of shows that God enjoys torturing the bad guys, with no mercy for the entire eternity. Job's story is a great example of God torturing a good man just for the fun of it.

As we know, several of the people who were tortured by the CIA were innocent; it doesn't matter, though. Since these heathens are Muslims, they are not innocent in the eyes of God. The torture they endured was just a preview of never-ending tortures which they will inevitably suffer in . Torture of enemy combatants by the CIA is in the news again, now that Donald J. Trump's () nominee for the CIA director is a woman who oversaw and was directly involved in these acts of just punishment of America's enemies.

Senator John McCain opposes the nomination:

The White House was very quick in rightly dismissing McCain:

After all, torture is not only condoned by the Bible (as shown in the OP and also here), but it also purifies, and is, in fact, the True Christian™ way of making the world better.

In conclusion: while we should be weary of putting a woman in control of the CIA (the staff meetings will be now all about knitting and baby formulas!), the fact that she supports torture should not be the reason to dismiss her.

After all, CIA has always been all about torture. We always did interfere in other countries' business by strategically placing ruthless dictators and instructing their generals in torture methods - that's why taxpayers' money go to finance the School of the Americas, after all!

Okay but hell forever seems almost hypothetical or very generic to me since I don’t know what that is or what it looks like. I am more of a detailed person or visual or detail oriented person so I either need more descriptive information or even a picture in order for me to grasp the concept
