It is always nice when anyone considers anything - it shows how out thoughts can be directed by Jesus. However, when we consider inventing a shepherd's crook, we should consider (and here Jesus agrees with me) whether the shepherd's crook has already been considered. (
1Sa:17:40: And he took his staff in his hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook, and put them in a shepherd's bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his sling was in his hand: and he drew near to the Philistine.)
As it happens, Landover has a university (

A "University" with young ladies would not be a good idea. Females are not good at intense thought, and they become quite irrational and hysterical when their thought processes reach their end - which is usually quite soon.
And, dear me, who would teach them? Other women?
And what of the effect upon young Christian men? Can a man study the Gospels and have constantly to be attending to the woes of women?
Perhaps an "academy" or "finishing school" for women might be more appropriate? Somewhere at a distance.
