May we please pray for my very ill father -
06-27-2014, 05:08 AM
Dear Christian Friends,
Last night my father had a very serious seizure. After the seizure he momentarily did not even know who I was. Today he was extremely tired and he could not even move for longer than a minute. This morning he woke up shouting for his wife, my mother. But she is in the heavens for years already. Clearly my fathers physical and mental health is dropping like a brick. I am so afraid he does not have the strength to continue. I prayed the whole night and the rest of the day up to this morning. Please help me pray for him. If god decided for him to join him then there is not much we can do. But please pray with me nevertheless. I thank you.
May God enlighten the entire world!
Many thanks,
Aaron.

You know, Aaron, I would really like to do for you whatever you might ask of me. I wish I could make you feel better in your hour of need. You are probably pretty tense now, with your father sick and all. I know it can be hard. I feel for you.
However, I do have to wonder why God is not answering your own prayers. See the information in this helpful link: God does not answer the prayers of sinners
Has there been any sin in your life? This might also explain why God allowed your mother to leave this earthly plane so early.
"Come Unto Me. Put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath." (Matthew 19:14, Job 1:11).

Dear Alex. My mother past away because of a car bomb. I still blame muslims. Nevertheless my mother was a very godly person and so is my father. Could I perhaps be the reason why this is happening to them? Ever since I was born I tried to follow the footsteps of my parents. And I dearly embrace the love of the one true God. And I stay true to the one and only bible, the KJ version.
My father is okay for now. He is even walking again and will attempt to help me in our forge. Now that you mention it, In the past I sadly enough have masturbated. My parents beat me up until I was sore on my entire body and they would let me go to church and pray very often. Eventually I felt the holy light shining thoroughly in my body. And I still do.

Father,
Please take Brother Aaron's father from this Earth onto your bosom, for his father's illness sorely grieves him.
Remember your Son's promise, that . Give our Brother Aaron comfort that death is your great gift, and that "precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints" Psalm 116:15 (scratch this line if Aaron's father is a Jew, since it would not apply). Guide him to understand your Holy Word, that "it is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that is the end of all men; and the living will lay it to his heart." Ecclesiastes 7:2.
For this boon, in Jesus' name, I pray.
Amen

I am very sorry to hear of your father. He and your family are in my prayers.

Praying and hoping for the news that your father has gone to rest in the bosom of our sweet Savior.
Alex, perhaps you could visit and offer comfort to our grieving brother. I can tell you want nothing more than to see him relaxed and refreshed. May God bless you for your concern for others.

This is exactly what happened to my late epileptic father-in-law right after I gave him a strobe light for his birthday and right after his supply of anti-seizure medication was accidentally knocked into the trash bin. While his passing was a tragedy, the $4.5 million he left to my missus gave my ministry the kick start it needed. I can't help but feel that his passing was God's way of allowing me to spread His word to the world.
I'll pray then that God brings your father into heaven quickly, and that your father remembered you in his will.

Please know that I too am praying for your father's quick and relatively painless trip up into the kingdom of the sky, and that he may pass through the gates to Heaven.
He was probably an interesting man, so could you tell his life story? I have heard that knowing others will here your story can be comforting to dying people, but that might just be godless atheist scum (clearly not your father).
Will not be sent to Hell, and proud of it!

I don't know, he was some kind of doctor with patents for some kind of valves. I'm sure he's burning in hell for trying to thwart Gods will.

I am sorry for my absence. My father passed away about ten months ago. It struck me so hard I ceased to function for a while. My father was a strong and respected blacksmith in our community. Even though he was a blacksmith, he was an educated man and thought me everything about the ways of the True Christian™. I am forever grateful to my father, and to the holy father that embraced him with his love and took him in. He is safe now..
I want to thank everyone who prayed for him. I told him you all did and it clearly cheered him up in his dark and painful days. One of the last things he said to me when I sat next to him crying about his worsening state was the following passage :
Genesis 27:2
And he said, Behold now, I am old, I know not the day of my death.
I will love him.. always and forever, as I love Jesus. Amen.
