The word it was translated from, arsenokoit, doesn't mean homosexual. The best you could argue ... and it's quite the stretch ... is that it refers in some cases to pederasts. But it's sure as heck not a blanket statement against gay people.

The retranslation of it to mean effeminate or homosexual is quite the modern development as far as the bible is concerned.
