In the Bible it states "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself". It doesn't continue to say "...unless they are black, atheist, Jewish, Muslim or homosexual"...

Actually, Jesus was talking to a closed group of believers. He never implied that Christians should love everyone. This thread should help you understand:

The Bible also says that Christians are to obey all secular ordinances, such as the dictates against unlawful killing. The people here (and many other Christians worldwide) are working hard to elect representatives who will bring secular law more into line with the Biblical, so those hindrances are removed.

You have been fooled, because here's where you go wrong. Getting saved is not a popularity contest. It's not about what is better or worse. It's about following teachings of Christ. In the eyes of baby Jesus, both Harry Potter and Twilight are the same; anti-Christian propaganda.

Harry Potter and Twilight teaches values that are agains Jesus, such as witchcraft. It can't be Christian, if it's against the bible. Same thing with your family. They can't be Christians if they endorse values that are against word of God. So, you have not been raised by a Christian family, you have been raised by an anti-Christian family. You and your family should make things right with Jesus before it's too late, or you will end up burning in hell and then Jesus will laugh at your suffering.

Psalm 2:4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

Do you want Jesus to laugh at you when you burn in hell? If not, maybe it's time to stop spitting in His face.
